CURRICULUM
Welcome to the Bangalore Classical Atelier, where we provide a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop classical art skills in a focused, structured environment. Our studio operates on Saturdays and Sundays and offers two types of open studio sessions: Non-guided and guided . Below is a detailed overview of each option.

Non-guided Open Studio

Fee: ₹500 per day

Life Drawing Session: Focus on observation and technique development.

Studio Access: Work independently during studio hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

Lunch Break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (studio is closed).

This option is ideal for students who wish to practice at their own pace with minimal guidance. You can take advantage of the studio space to hone your skills, especially during life drawing sessions.


Guided studio

Fee: ₹10,000 per month (payable in advance).

Personalized Curriculum: Tailored learning based on your progress and understanding of key concepts.

Project-Based Learning: Focus on developing and completing capstone projects with materials like pencil, charcoal, oil paint, and digital media.

Use of Atelier Approach: Study master copies, Baroque plates, and casts within the studio to deepen your technical understanding.

Application to Life Drawing: Concepts learned from projects will be applied to life drawing sessions.

The Critiqued Open Studio option is for students who seek more focused mentorship. Based on individual learning speed, we will guide you through projects that enhance your skills and knowledge in classical art.
Note: Fees for this program are non-refundable. However, if a student must miss a session due to an emergency, they will be compensated with extra classes to ensure no learning is lost.
